Utilization Methods
1 Reservation
・Determine the displacement of the rental vehicle. (Rental vehicles are subject to change depending on inventory. Please ask us if there is a vehicle model you would like to rent.
・Decide the rental start and end dates and times (If we are unable to meet your requested dates and times, we will propose a different date and time. (If we are unable to meet your requested date and time, we will propose a different date and time.
・Decide on the warranty. (All vehicles come with optional insurance, but we also offer theft coverage and vehicle damage waiver coverage. Please see “Insurance and Compensation” for details.
・Decide on your options. (For details, please refer to the price list.)
・You can also make reservations through our official line or by phone. If you are in a hurry, please feel free to call us.
2 Reservation Confirmation
・After confirming the information you have submitted, we will contact you by e-mail or other means to confirm your reservation.
After receiving your reply, your reservation will be confirmed.
If you cancel your reservation after it has been confirmed, you may be charged a cancellation fee. For details, please refer to the “Cancellation Policy” in the price list.
3 Vehicle Delivery
・On the day of rental, we will check and copy your driver’s license. (A small motorcycle license or higher is required for 125CC motorcycle rentals.
・You will be asked to listen to explanations and fill out rental documents.
When you fill out the rental documents, we will check the vehicle for any flaws.
4 Vehicle return
・When it is time to return the vehicle, please come to the designated location.
Please come to the designated place when it is time to return the vehicle.
Please be sure to return the vehicle with a full tank of gasoline.
In case of delay, an additional fee will be charged.
If there is no next reservation, please contact us for an extension.
